Worth which can be measured by more then just the premium paid in terms of increased lifestyle benefits, and the fact that architectural homes tend to be less sensitive to market fluctuations.
I am an Architectural Realtor: I help my clients buy and sell Real Estate. My specialty is architectural properties and lofts, well-crafted designs constructed during the 20th through the 70th, mid-century Modern to ultra modern homes designed and built recently by Architects. While my background in Design lends itself to this specialty, we are a full-service firm committed to helping buyers and sellers find value at every level of spending. My fundamental goal is to raise awareness of the value of good design, and to assist my clients in maximizing the benefit to be derived from a design-oriented lifestyle.
